   I’m a life long resident of Monroe co. My date and I went to dinner last night on the square, as we walked 25% of the square we ran into a lady getting in her car. She got back out , to remove the parking ticket. I asked what time it was issued, because I had not put any money in my meter, assuming I didn’t need to at 9:20. After filling the meter we walked the interior south side, counting 5 tickets.
   After eating we seen a young fellow run forward us with a electronic screen visible from some distance. We decided to walk up the east side interior. so at 10 pm wed night we counted 10 tickets from the east south and half of the west sides. The whole area us completely in posted. The parking was very sparse.
