WGCL is Bloomington’s home for the Super Bowl on the radio! WGCL kicks off the pregame coverage at 4pm with the “Super Sunday” special and you will hear all of the action from Indianapolis. The kickoff time will be shortly after 6:30pm. Join WGCL for this historic event in Indiana history!

 

South fans wanting to purchase advance tickets for their game this Friday against Columbus North at Banker’s Life Fieldhouse can purchase them at the Bloomington South Athletic Office through Thursday. Adult tickets are $10 and youth tickets are $8. Parking passes are also available for the Virginia Street Garage for $12.

The Cincinnati Reds are back on WGCL in 2012 and WGCL is going to help kick off the year with the Reds Caravan! This caravan stop is free and open to the public and you will have a chance to win tickets to the season opener on April 5th! You can purchase opening day tickets, sign children up for the 2012 Reds Heads Kids Club, and meet Reds representatives and WGCL’s Joe Smith.

The Reds Caravan will stop by the College Mall in Bloomington from 1:30 – 3:30pm on Saturday, January 28th. You can meet broadcaster Jim Kelch, broadcaster and former pitcher Jeff Brantley, Manager Dusty Baker, infielder Todd Frazier, 2011 minor league Player of the Year Billy Hamilton, VP of Baseball Operations Dick Williams and mascot Rosie Red.
