Recipe of the Week:
Avocado Salad Wrap:
2 Hass Avocados, 1 Red Pepper, 1 Tablespoon Red Onions, 3 Garlic Cloves, 1/4 cup Lemon Juice, 6-8 fresh Romaine Leaves.
1. Cube the Avocados into small chunk sized portions
2. Chop or Dice Red Pepper
3. Dice Red Onions, mince garlic, chop leaves
4. Mix ingredients into bowl and scoop onto preferred bread or tortilla wrap
5. Enjoy!
