Recipe of the Week:
Healthy Chocolate Covered Cherries
Ingredients: 1 bag of frozen Cherries, 1-2 tblspoons unsweetened cocoa powder, stevia, coconut oil.
1. Warm up coconut oil in skillet (coconut oil boils at low temp)
2. Add cocoa powder to warm oil in skillet, add stevia to taste.
3. Add Cherries to skillet and fully cover in chocolate mix.
4. Set aside, chocolate-stevia mix will create hard shell around cherries.
