Beet Kvaas – Kvaas is full of probiotics and detoxifying agents
Ingredients:
2-3 Beets, 3 cups water, 1 Tbs sea salt, 1/4 cup Milk Whey
1. Chop Beets into small pieces, combine ingredients into jar
2. Set jar aside for 48 hours to ferment (non-alcoholic)
3. Put jar into fridge, consume once cold
